Part of me doesn't want to fall into the nostalgic trap of thinking Magic had an essence that is now being lost, but the other part knows if Wizards of the Coast is going to keep Universes Beyond legal in Standard, it could at least try harder to make the cards balanced

Naturally, if you are a Water Pokemon user, then you'll probably like this option on your mons and have plenty of opportunities to unlock it
