Not all of the new Doctor Who cards care about Time Counters, either on suspended cards or on permanents you control, but it seems like a really fun direction to build in and a great way to make the most of your own wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey Doctor Who Commander deck
They often bring along a new tool for Standard, and can directly impact the metagame
For the uninitiated: tokens are, basically, Magic: The Gathering cards that are made to represent things made by other cards
The (once) common is a sorcery that will draw cards equal to the biggest mana cost among any permanent you control, so mana rocks, or dorks will both count
A characteristic of such cards is that it has an ability that can't be easily replicated, or it gives a huge benefit for a lop-sided cost
