We glue and sew on the dark grey suede leather with heavy bonded thread. Edges are rounded and smoothed out for a nice luxury feel. The collar has roller buckles, welded leash ring and strap keepers that are riveted in with a heavy duty press. Collar has the leash ring on the back so it shows off the entire collar when you walk your dog.
