Antique Chinese Qing 150 Year Old Blue & White Wedding Jar Hand Painted 18"H Lacquerware Diameter = 6This is a 150 year old antique Chinese jar from the Qing Dynasty, mid to late 19th century. Recently acquired by from a local collector who lived and traveled all over Asia in the 1960's picking up treasures along the way. It is hand thrown and all hand painted in the classic cobalt underglaze. Decorated with in Double Happiness motif with peony flowers and vines. The repeating ancient Chinese meander or "Greek fret" encircles the top of the jar and
