The Cocoon vases are a mix of wheel throwing and coil building technique and using high-fire stoneware clay with iron speckles

They are glazed with a white satin-matt glaze mixed with a light pink light blue and dark blue glaze to give them the beautiful aquarelle touch

All my designs are handmade and there for each one is unique

Each form is carefully shaped and then hand carved with an organic, flowing pattern. The vases are finished with a matte black satin glaze that emphasizes the carving, creating a refined and tactile expression Made by me at my studio in Lucerne.
