A pillow with gentle weight, it can be used to help one destress, soothing tensions of the mind that have built throughout the day. It is in this vein that we have created our own Ayurvedic Eye Pillow. Filled with natural flaxseed, the cotton pillow can be chilled in the freezer or microwaved to foster optimal relaxation.
