It will be sample roasted on our Roest sample roaster to dial in the sweetness than roasted in one single small batch on the Probat PB12

We use a Ugandan Robusta bean which naturally has more than double the caffeine of an Arabica coffee bean and blend it with one of our excellent origins

Just like Edgar's poems we made it on the dark side of light medium to bring out the richness and body while still retaining its bright notes
