This is a card that seems like it was designed for a black-bordered set, yet shares the comedic themes of an Un-set, and also uses a mechanic that requires you to have stickers at hand and a willingness to stick them on your sleeves (or worse, your cards)

It also loses all the Energy it has when it attacks, so you can't even over-stack your Energy

Yet these cards were extremely rare and were restricted to one Shining card per player deck anyway similar to Radiant Pokemon in contemporary Pokemon TCG sets
