As far as I can tell, the addition of " If your opponent controls any monsters " and " and if you do " would then (if I'm not mistaken) allow this card to be activated pointlessly, even if the opponent has no monsters

Still, we think it deserves a space on the cool listbecause, if you have a second Pyro monster in play, your Solar Flare Dragon cant be attacked (which means nothing is stopping it from dealing 1,500 ATK to the opponents monsters again and again)
