In a fast aggro deck, 4 warped damage out of nowhere really hurts, and later, your opponent has to deal with the real dragon

Sky Striker Mecha Widow Anchor gives the deck a way to negate more of your opponents monster effects, even letting you steal those monsters if you already have 3 or more Spells in your GY

The experimentation I can see going here is to have A1-089 as a damage dealer instead of A1-129, but that probably requires too many additional cards

Whether they will or not is rather unknown at this point, but its not uncommon for Commander players to Rule Zero some of these playtest cards in their casual games and use them anyway
