This card works very well in Commander decks that dont let the mana empty from the mana pool, like Kruphix, God of Horizons, or cards that let you untap your permanents, like Seedborn Muse or Wilderness Reclamation

These gold cards will only appear in the color pairs of the Magic Colleges, so if youre trying to draft Red Black, youre going to miss out on all of the good multicolour cards
