Many of the best targets for reanimation from the graveyard like Griselbrand and Archon of Cruelty can take over a game the minute they hit the battlefield, and Ziatora isnt fast enough compared to those cards

Still there is enough permanent based interaction and cards with additional cost that I could there being a deck somewhat built around this card

I've personally done vampires before--and I will agree with other posters that its an attractive trap (even when done incidentally)
