You can treat the four-stage summons like Ifrit and Summon: Fat Chocobo as creatures on your curve, while 3-stage summons are more akin to spells

As a standalone set, we're probably being a bit kind to it, placing it this high given its lack of impact on the current meta, but if we look forward to the next two or three sets, we see a lot of potential for some great storytelling, amazing new cards, and stunning artwork

There are likely better Emerald/Steel lists out there, but these decks are designed to focus on and elevate the things that already work in the original starter deck
