What should you keep in mind while playing it

In mtg, the misprint and test print markets largely overlap, and in neither sphere are there very high end examples of Alpha/Beta/UL P9 oddities, except for the triple printed sheet above

Being able to hold up mana to interact and then dump it into casting something outside of normal timing restrictions is incredibly powerful in Commander, so I definitely think that this card will be a big hit in the format

Blue doesnt get too many defensive spells that dont rely on countering spells on the stack, so its always nice to see cards like this
