In the Victorian era, such garden water barrows were used to water plants and gardens, especially in large estates or private gardens where direct access to water sources might be limited. Featuring a large, cylindrical barrel mounted on a wrought iron frame with sturdy wheels. The barrel was filled with water from a central source, such
